Read the attached or pasted material (text, video transcript, post or photo) and reply **only** with JSON in the format below, inside a single json code block, without explanations.

## Errors (reply with the line only)
- Not a brewing recipe: `{"schemaVersion":1,"error":"not_a_recipe"}`
- Nothing legible or no material: `{"schemaVersion":1,"error":"unreadable"}`

## Rules
- Use only what is in the material; never invent. Missing: `null`. A partial read is not an error.
- `method`: v60, chemex, aeropress, kalita, b75, french-press, moka, clever-dripper, switch-dripper, oxo-rapid-brewer, espresso, matcha. Outside the list: `null` and the original name in `issues`.
- `coffeeG` in grams, `waterMl` in ml of water (for espresso, grams of beverage in the cup), `temperatureC` in °C. Another unit: convert it and record the original in `issues`.
- `grind`: fine, medium-fine, medium, medium-coarse, coarse, ceremonial.
- Each step: `kind` (pour, wait, stir, plunge, swirl, whisk, preinfuse, extract), a short `label`, `instruction` in the imperative ("Pour", "Stir"), `durationSec` (step length in seconds) and `waterTargetMl` (total water poured by the end of the step, not per pour).
- If the material only gives times ("at 1:30"), fill `atSec` with the step start and leave `durationSec` null.
- In the instruction, write `{waterTarget}` where the total water appears and `{coffee}` where the dose appears.
- `prepSteps`: what to do before starting (rinse the filter, preheat). Empty list if none.
- Texts in English. Name and author as in the material.
- Doubts go in `issues`: `field` (e.g. `recipe.steps[2].durationSec`), `reason` (missing, unreadable, ambiguous, unsupported_value), `rawValue` and `message`.
